For paid events, a small booking fee applies only to online bookings. You can choose to include the fee in the ticket price or pass it on to the customer.

If you use our card payment processing system, we’ll email you a breakdown of your ticket sales and fees once your event is over.
We’ll then send your ticket money to your bank on the Monday after your event, and it should arrive by Wednesday (or Thursday if there’s a Bank Holiday).
If you’d rather get your ticket money straight away each time someone books, you can use Stripe — an easy way for people and businesses to take card payments.
When you connect your own Stripe account, all payments are handled by Stripe and go directly into your bank account.

Reduced booking fees
If you are a registered charity, take advantage of a discount on both TicketSource payment processing and Stripe payment processing.
Add donations
Enable customers to donate when they purchase tickets. A 5% admin fee will be deducted from payment card donations. No fee is applicable for donations recorded by cash or cheque.
